Our Standard Sample Kit allows you to explore a variety of packaging types to discover what best suits your needs. This help article is designed to give you an insider's view, providing a sneak peek into what you can expect from our sample kit.
1. Mailer Box (12" x 9" x 3")
PackMojo’s Sample Kit comes neatly packaged in the first item of the kit, our Standard Mailer Box. This sturdy box, made with E-flute corrugation, showcases its ability to be used as shipping-friendly packaging.
2. Folding Carton (6" x 2.5" x 5")
Upon opening the mailer box, you will find a Reverse Tuck End Folding Carton. Crafted from 350 gsm cardstock, this box can be quickly assembled from its shipped flat structure.
3. Magnetic Rigid Box (7" x 6" x 2.5")
On the left of the kit, you will find our luxurious non-collapsible Magnetic Lid Rigid Box. Constructed from 1200gsm board thickness, this box also features gold foil stamping on the cover. Experience the sleek magnetic closure and envision your products nestled within.
4. Sample Slabs (17 Cards)
Within the magnetic rigid box, you will find our set of sample slabs. Not sure about which materials and finishes to use? We’ve got you covered. Get first-hand experience to compare and contrast your options to find the perfect fit for your brand.
The slabs allow you to experience:
- Different paper thicknesses ranging from 157gsm to 450gsm cardstock
- The difference between kraft, SBS and CCNB paper
- Varnish vs lamination
- Finishes such as matte, glossy, satin, and soft-touch
- Enhancements such as embossing, debossing, spot UV, and foil stamping
5. Packaging Sleeve (6" x 3" x 2")
On the right of the kit, you will find a pre-glued packaging sleeve encasing a rigid kraft box. This packaging sleeve wraps tightly around the kraft rigid box, with unlimited potential for branding and customization.
6. Rigid Box (6" x 3" x 2")
Within the packaging sleeve, you will find a kraft rigid box with a full cover lid. This eco-friendly box, boasting a 1000gsm board thickness, exudes a natural and rustic appeal.
7. Custom Box Insert
The final piece of our sample kit is the custom box insert that secures all the boxes in place. The insert allows for organization within while protecting each piece during transit.
Our sample kit already includes global shipping & handling within the cost, with the cost reimbursed when you place your first production order with us. The items in the sample kit are examples to showcase various sizes and styles for boxes, but you will be able to customize the boxes fully when you make a production order.
