Simplified Sample

Here's what's included and excluded in a Simplified Sample:

Important notes:

• Simplified Samples are made with sampling machines, so the print quality isn't as crisp/sharp compared with the outcome from actual print facilities used in production. In addition, these samples might be harder to fold and you may see some small creases/tears in the paper.
• The outcome of print in CMYK can vary across every print run due to differences in facilities used, paper material, and the effect of finishes or coating.
• If you need a specific color to be printed, opt for Pantone colors instead of CMYK, or send us a physical sample (e.g. existing box or printed material) that you'd like us to match the colors to. Samples with Pantone colors or that require color matching are available only through a Press Proof or Pre-production Sample.

For each Simplified Sample, you will receive:

Generally, Simplified Samples take 6-8 days to complete and 7-10 days to ship.

Simplified Samples are available for all packaging types except rigid boxes.

*Note: Simplified Samples of custom box inserts are available if you provide us with a dieline of the insert. If you don't have a dieline for your insert, we can help you design the insert as part of our structural design service.

Simplified Samples can be fully reimbursed upon ordering 500 units and up.

If you have multiple samples per item that are eligible for reimbursement, you'll receive a reimbursement on the most expensive sample.

Note: sticker samples are not eligible for reimbursement.

Before placing an order for a Simplified Sample, please double check the specifications and details of your sample. Changes in scope and artwork after the sample has been created will come with additional costs.
