What is the minimum order quantity for custom pulp inserts?
The MOQ is 10,000 units.
What is the overall design and sampling process for pulp inserts?
The structural design process begins with creating a 3D CAD file, followed by creating a plastic pulp sample and accompanying box sample (if required). Once approved, you can consider getting a pulp sample (which requires a separate sample mold fee) in order to test the final result before production. The overall design and sampling process can take 3-6 weeks without revisions, so we suggest planning your pulp projects early.
What is the production time for pulp inserts?
The production mold takes approximately 2 weeks to create, followed by an additional 2-3 weeks for the production of the pulp inserts. For subsequent orders using the same mold, the lead time will be reduced to just 2-3 weeks.
How long does shipping take?
Air freight options range from 7-21 days, while ocean freight options range from 26-71 days. If you need some units expedited earlier, consider splitting your shipment between air and ocean!
Do you support colored pulp inserts?
Yes, we can support colored pulp inserts. Please note that the default wet pressed material is white.
