Bag Materials
Custom paper bags use a standard paper thickness of 200-300gsm. These materials contain at least 50% post-consumer content (recycled waste).
White
Solid Bleached Sulfate (SBS) paper that yields high quality print.
Brown Kraft
Unbleached brown paper that is ideal for only black or white print.
Handle Materials
Paper bags can be customized with different types of handles depending on the use case and experience you want to deliver.
Ribbon Handles
Made of polyester and are available in various colors.
Rope Handles
Made of polyester or nylon and are available in various colors.
Twisted Paper Handles
Made of white or brown kraft paper that's twisted together to form handles.
All packaging is printed with soy-based ink, which is eco-friendly and produces much brighter and vibrant colors.
CMYK
CMYK is the most popular and cost effective color system used in print.
Pantone
For accurate brand colors to be printed and is more expensive than CMYK.
Coating
Coating is added to your printed designs to protect it from scratches and scuffs.
Varnish
An eco-friendly water-based coating but doesn't protect as well as lamination.
Lamination
A plastic coated layer that protects your designs from cracks and tears, but not eco-friendly.
Finishes
Top off your packaging with a finish option that completes your package.
Matte
Smooth and non-reflective, overall softer look.
Glossy
Shiny and reflective, more prone to fingerprints.
Satin
Semi-shiny, in between a matte and glossy look.
Soft touch
Looks like a matte finish, but feels like velvet.

What is the minimum order quantity for paper bags?
500 units for paper bags with rope or ribbon handles, and 2000 units for twisted handle paper bags. The MOQ is based on every unique bag (e.g. size, design).
Where is your packaging produced?
Our packaging is produced with our vetted network of suppliers in China and shipped directly from China to your destination.
What are your lead times?
Production typically takes 12-16 days, and 16-21 days for larger volume orders. Shipping times will depend on the shipping channel you choose. Read more about the full process here.
How long does shipping take?
Air freight options range from 7-21 days, while ocean freight options range from 26-71 days. If you need some units expedited earlier, consider splitting your shipment between air and ocean!

What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
Please send us your artwork in a dieline file (PDF or AI format) that can be edited in Adobe Illustrator. Please keep the dieline as a separate layer in your AI file, and be sure to follow all of these dieline design tips to ensure your artwork file is production-ready.
