PackMojo Order Process
What is the PackMojo order process, step by step?
1. Order Confirmation
Visit our Shop to get instant quotes for packaging and/or submit a request for a custom quote.
2. Packaging Dielines
In order for us to proceed with your order, we'll need you to send us your artwork on a packaging dieline.
If you already have your own dieline file, send this to us with your artwork already on it! Please be sure you're following our dieline design best practices.
Once you place your order with us and make payment in full, we'll provide the dieline template(s) for free. Otherwise, we provide dieline templates as part of our dieline design service, sampling service, and structural design service based on the packaging type you're looking for.
Lead time: 2-4 business days upon receipt of payment.
3. Samples (optional)
If you'd like a sample of your packaging before proceeding with your order, there are 3 types of sampling option available:
- Structural Sample (USD 39+): unprinted sample of your packaging. Best for testing the size and structure.
- Simplified Sample (USD 59+): printed sample of your packaging without finishes. Not available for rigid boxes.
- Pre-production Sample (USD 300+): production-grade sample of your packaging.
Lead time: 7-10 business days upon receipt of payment and approved artwork.
4. Production
Production will begin when:
- We receive payment in full for your order.
- We receive your artwork on a dieline file and it has been approved for production.
Note: 2D print proofs are only provided upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
