How To Fold Foldable Tray and Sleeve Boxes

Thin-Walled Foldable Tray & Sleeve
Follow along to learn how to fold a thin-walled foldable tray and sleeve.
1. Pre-crease along fold lines
Begin by folding along all foldlines to pre-crease them. This will help duriing the folding process later on.
2. Fold the side walls
Fold the side walls up. During this stage, make sure that the corners are folded under the side wall and that the short edge at the end of the flap is sitting flush against the bottom of the box such that you can see it.
3. Fold front and back walls
Once the two side walls are folded, you should be able to fold the front and the back of the tray down as well. Keeping the edge of the flap flush against the bottom as well.
4. Crease the sleeve
Crease the sleeve and place the tray inside to complete the box!

Begin by folding the front and back walls, leaving the corners and flaps out. During this stage, make sure that the short edge at the edge of the wall is sitting flush against the bottom of the box such that you can see it.
3. Fold the side walls
Fold the side walls over the folded corners and protruding side flaps to secure the walls in place, keeping the edge flush against the bottom as well.
4. Crease the sleeve
Crease the sleeve and place the tray inside to complete the box!
