We've pre-selected default materials for packaging that are high-quality and durable for a variety of use cases. Based on your packaging size or weight of products, our team will determine the optimal material thickness. If you're interested in exploring some of these material options before moving ahead, consider getting a reimbursable sample kit.
Standard materials
Below are the typical specifications used. If you'd like a specific material or thickness, let us know.
Mailer boxes
- Printed 1 side: 300gsm CCNB/kraft paper + E/B-flute corrugation
- Printed 2 sides: 300gsm CCNB/kraft paper + E/B-flute corrugation + 250gsm CCNB/kraft paper
Folding carton boxes, display boxes
- Not corrugated: SBS/kraft paper, 300-400gsm
- If corrugated: 300gsm CCNB/kraft paper + E/B-flute corrugation (printed 1 side); 300gsm CCNB/kraft paper + E/B-flute corrugation + 250gsm CCNB/kraft paper (printed 2 sides)
Rigid boxes, Magnetic rigid boxes
- SBS/kraft paper + greyboard (800-2000gsm) + SBS/CCNB/kraft paper
Custom box inserts, custom foam inserts, custom box dividers and partitions
- Not corrugated: SBS/kraft paper, 300-400gsm
- If corrugated: 300gsm CCNB/kraft paper + E/B-flute corrugation (printed 1 side); 300gsm CCNB/kraft paper + E/B-flute corrugation + 250gsm CCNB/kraft paper (printed 2 sides)
- Foam: PU/EVA foam
