What is the PackMojo process, step by step?

Get an instant quote via our Online Quotation Tool or submit an enquiry here to get a custom quote. Once payment is made and your artwork is approved (we can provide a dieline template), we'll start production. When production is complete, we'll send you a tracking code for the shipment. Voila!

How do I place an order?

For mailer boxes and folding carton boxes, place your order with our Online Quotation Tool. For all other packaging types, submit an enquiry here first. We'll then get back to you with a quote, and once you're ready to order, we'll send over an invoice for payment.

What is your lead time?

Production generally takes 10-14 days. Larger volume orders may take longer, but get in touch with us first! Shipping time is dependent on the shipping method you choose, which can take anywhere from 5-7 days or 36-40 days.

Do you provide expedited production?

Unfortunately we don't, but we do offer expedited shipping methods.

Can you provide storage services for my packaging?

We charge separately for storage services. Please share your details with us and we'll get back to you soon!

Pricing & quotations

How long are custom quotations valid for?

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date we email it to you.

Do you provide wholesale pricing for bulk orders?

We certainly do! Submit an enquiry here and we'll get back to you with a quote.

Does it cost more to print on the inside of the box?

Yes it does. Depending on the packaging type, this can cost 25-50% more. If budget is a concern, stick with either unprinted boxes or print just on one side of your packaging.

Will it cost more to print in Pantone?

Yes it will. Our quoted pricing assumes print in CMYK. Do let us know which Pantone colors you'd like us to use and we can get back to you!

Does foil stamping, embossing, debossing, or spot UV cost more?

Yes it does. Please let us know what you're looking for and we'll get back to you!

Payments, cancellations, refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank/wire transfer. For bank transfers, you must cover all bank charges from the transfer, which can include your bank's processing fees and international bank transfer costs. Failure to make payment in full can cause production to be delayed. Please also be sure to email us a payment confirmation slip/screenshot when the transfer has been made.

What are the payment terms?

Payment can be made anytime, but please note that we only start production once payment has been received.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept USD and HKD.

Can I pay for my order upon receipt of goods?

Unfortunately not - we only start production once payment has been received.

How do I file a complaint?

For all issues and complaints, please email support@packmojo.com. Please describe your complaints in detail, and if relevant, attach any photos/videos you may have so that we can investigate. We'll get back to you as soon as we can!
